Pinterest is my happy place.
This weekend, I had
at her children's theater rehearsal
I found myself with an hour
and thought I'd meal plan.
I haven't been the best at meal planning
this summer...I think it is when
we ran out of peanut butter that really
knocked me back into reality.
So, since I've been spending so much
time with my new friend, Pinterest -
I thought I would use it to draw inspiration -
LOTS of inspiration!

I already made that tomato/mozzarella/avocado salad - so yummy and refreshing!! Now that is a summer dish fo sho :)
