Thank you so much for hanging in there -

I am back in the groove after a 

beautiful spring break at my grandparent's

vineyard in Napa with my mom and daughter.

The weather was perfect, the flowers were blooming

and it was a great time together.

who commented and gave me feedback

on all of the detox posts.

I think the posts will continue once a week,

we will call it Toxic Tuesday's ;)

it sounds a bit morbid - but I think these things

that I'm researching are toxic, 

and should be shared.
