Just a small sampling of products
that I've found at my local stores that perhaps
you may or may/not have tried.

Green Works by Clorox all-purpose cleaner
All you have to do is give me feedback on the
detox posts I've done this week.

tweet or facebook about this,
you'll get an extra entry for each.
please let me know about it -
and comment separately for each entry.

All these products will be yours!
Happy Monday!

Wow, I would love for you to continue these posts. I am truly trying to rid my house of chemicals, especially now that I have three little ones running around.

What do you use to clean the kitchen sink and the tub?

Home Sweet Seattle said...

well count me in!!! I'm such a fan of Burt's Bees and Mrs. Meyers products... haven't tried the others, but I would love to! Being a constant clean freak, I have enjoyed your posts and realize that I need to convert from all these chemical based products to the natural stuff, especially before the newbies come. Keep up the good work! We are all benefiting from your info!!!!!!! xx

So here's my separate comment cuz I want to win so badly that's not "hey I tweet'ed" :)

I have reread these posts like 5 times. You totally encouraged me to purchase additional Melaleuca products (I bought their spring cleaning special and now have 6 new cleaning products on the way!) I am tossing all the old chemical enhanced ones I have! Today C is picking up our glassware and we're getting rid of the plastic tupperware.

I just wanted to sincerely THANK YOU for this education that I've wanted but haven't done for myself.

I'm sold!! It's crazy the trust we automatically give to companies without reading the fine print.....I've always just assumed if it's on the Wal-Mart shelf, it can't be bad for me or else they wouldn't sell it.

..yeah, pretty dumb. So thank you for opening my eyes.

Hello. This is my first post as I JUST came accross your wonderful blog. Yes, I love to win. It is, especially because I read the Whole Living magazine this week. It features the ways to be green because April is the month to celebrate the Earth day. I started becoming aware of my house items; so, I would like to try the items you listed. Thank you so much for the information on being green!

Oh I love this post! I am all about cleaning green. I am so glad that it's becoming more common. It is so very important that we start taking a look @ what is under our kitchen sink as so much of it is toxic and actually all together not necessary. Do you ever clean with microfiber? I sell Norwex Enviro Products; they allow you to clean and disinfect your entire home using ONLY WATER. They save time, money and the environment! Check it out at www.CarriesNorwex.com I'd love your feedback on my site & the products we offer. BTW... we use & love the JR Watkins Handsoap & Burts Bees is the Bomb!! Their lip balm is in every room of my house :-)

What a fantastic give-a-way. Please enter my name too.
I already use some of these products. Last night I made a home made window cleaner with rubbing alcohol, vinegar and water. I cleaned a few windows this morning since it is an overcast day and that alone helps prevents streaking. I think I am going to add some lemon or lavender to add a nice fresh scent.
I am all about green cleaning.

What a great idea to inform everyone about this. I personally already use the Mrs. Meyer's products, and LOVE them. Especially the smell.

Thanks for the chance to win.

Love your detox posts. I have been really trying to be as natural as possible lately. I am trying to use more natural cleaners, make-up, deodorant... I think it is so worth it. We switched to a steam mop rather than floor cleaner because I have dogs and an infant that will be crawling on those floors soon and the last thing I want are those paws, toes and fingers going in mouths with chemical on them! No good! Thanks for the posts and giveaway, such good information!

Found you from Humble Pie! Just found Mrs. Meyers available here in Canada at Canadian Tire....was thrilled! I am all about cleaning green!

Tracy, I get sick literally from cleaning products. However, I did not know it was these products that were making me feel sick. So I tried some Method products, also Watkins, and I really like them. Thank you for your post. I am a clean freak and I am glad to know that I don't have to poison myself in order to keep a clean home.

I would love to win something like this! I was just thinking the other day about this topic and think more of us need to post about it and make an effort to spread the word. SO many things in our environment are toxic, and we don't realize it. I'm a teacher and at work I try to wear a rubber glove when using Lysol wipes to clean tables....it just freaks me out how those chemicals are seeping into my skin (which is the body's biggest organ, right??)
Great giveaway!

I will certainly keep following your blog! Love it!
